My Battling Style You might have noticed that I am very drawn to characters that are light and agile in their movements onstage. For me, I find that fast, lightweight characters fit my strategies and my battling style best. Sure, lightweights are just that--lightweights who get knocked off easily. But my style of battling involves confusion, agility, and recovery skills. (Is anybody else reminded of Pokemon? Y'know..."Confusion," "Agility?" ...XD Never mind.) Anyhoo, what I mean is that I dash around a lot, fly around in the air a lot, and don't die until I get over 270% at least. Whether that entails diving "underground" on the Temple stage or staying near the tower on the Mushroom Kingdom stage, I stay on however I can, and use my falls to aerially attack the player who's trying to throw me off. I hate stages that don't allow me any "hiding" room, though, so I stay away from Fourside and Onett, along with Mushroom Kingdom II. My favorites on Smash Brothers Melee are Temple and (surprisingly) Fountain of Dreams, and on the original Smash Brothers, I liked the Hyrule Castle and the Pokemon stage. |
